Job Description

Merlin Entertainments is looking for enthusiastic and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Theme Park Ride Attendants in Bradford. You’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring our guests have a safe, fun, and memorable visit to our park. This is a dynamic role perfect for those who love working with people and want to be part of a vibrant entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned rides and attractions safely and efficiently, following all operational procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough pre-opening, during-operation, and post-closing safety checks of rides and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests, answering questions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Enforce ride safety rules and regulations, ensuring all guests meet height, age, and health requirements.
  • Assist guests with boarding and unboarding rides, paying close attention to individuals with special needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of ride areas and surrounding attractions.
  • Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies, adhering to established protocols and assisting emergency services as required.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operation of the park.
  • Attend all required training sessions and meetings.
