Job Description

We are seeking meticulous and insightful individuals to join our team as a Google Feedback Assistant with a remote opinion focus. In this fully remote, contract position, you will play a crucial role in improving Google’s products and services by providing detailed, unbiased feedback on various content and user experiences. This role involves evaluating information, responding to prompts, and articulating nuanced opinions that help refine search results, content quality, and user interface designs. Your contributions will directly influence the quality and relevance of information delivered to millions of users globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate Google-related content, search results, and user interfaces based on provided guidelines.
  • Provide clear, concise, and constructive written feedback on the relevance, accuracy, and quality of information.
  • Participate in diverse feedback tasks, including rating search queries, assessing ad relevance, and evaluating language quality.
  • Adhere strictly to project guidelines and quality standards to ensure consistency and reliability of data.
  • Manage your own workload and consistently meet daily/weekly task quotas.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers regarding task clarifications or technical issues.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills in English (US English).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex guidelines consistently.
  • Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable with technology and online research.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in data annotation, content moderation, or online research.
  • Familiarity with Google products and services.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required for this specific role.
