Key Responsibilities

- Help organize and manage digital assets, ensuring they are correctly categorized and accessible.
- Respond to routine inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and content information.
