Job Description

We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals ready to provide exceptional support to our customers, all from the comfort of your home. As an Inbound Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You’ll answer incoming calls, listen attentively to their needs, and provide accurate information and solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently.
