Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Lifestyle Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executives on a part-time casual basis. This role is crucial in managing a wide array of personal and professional tasks, allowing our executives to focus on core responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency. This position requires a flexible schedule to accommodate varying demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and personal engagements.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Handle personal errands, including shopping, gift selection, and managing household-related tasks.
  • Plan and organize personal events, social gatherings, and professional functions.
  • Act as a liaison with various contacts, including vendors, service providers, and personal associates.
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and manage budgets for personal accounts.
  • Conduct research on various topics and present findings concisely.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all personal and professional matters.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital calendaring tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives or high-net-worth individuals.
  • Familiarity with luxury brands, lifestyle management, or concierge services.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
