Job Description
Are you passionate about esthetic services and have a keen eye for detail? We are seeking enthusiastic and discreet individuals to join our team as a Spa & Salon Mystery Guest. In this unique role, you will visit various spa and salon locations as a regular customer, experience their services firsthand, and then provide comprehensive feedback on the overall guest experience. This includes evaluating service quality, facility cleanliness, staff professionalism, ambiance, and adherence to brand standards. Your objective, detailed reports will be crucial in helping us maintain and elevate the exceptional standards our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and attend pre-arranged esthetic services (e.g., massages, facials, waxing) at designated spa and salon locations.
- Meticulously observe and evaluate all aspects of the guest experience, from booking and check-in to service delivery and checkout.
- Assess the cleanliness, ambiance, and overall presentation of the facility.
- Evaluate the professionalism, skill, and customer service of staff members.
- Complete detailed and objective evaluation reports within a specified timeframe after each visit.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding your role and observations.
- Adhere to all company guidelines and reporting protocols.
