Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Microsoft Order Processor to join our remote team. This is a 100% remote position focused on the fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing a high volume of Microsoft product orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be a critical part of our e-commerce operations, working closely with various departments to streamline order flows and resolve any discrepancies. Key Responsibilities
- Process Microsoft product orders accurately and efficiently within a fast-paced retail system.
- Verify order details, pricing, and product availability before processing.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding order status, delays, or issues.
- Monitor order queues and prioritize urgent requests to meet service level agreements.
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies, shipping errors, or payment issues promptly.

- Generate reports on order processing metrics and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
