Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and qualifying top-tier candidates primarily through LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about connecting talent with opportunity and eager to hone their sourcing skills in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our recruiters to build robust talent pipelines for various client roles across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth candidate research and sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other creative methods to identify potential candidates.
- Engage with passive candidates through compelling messaging and build strong relationships to understand their career aspirations.
- Qualify candidates based on job requirements, company culture fit, and motivation.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate information.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand job requirements, target profiles, and sourcing strategies.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in recruitment sourcing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing processes and tools.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related field (e.g., sales development, market research).
- Proven proficiency in using LinkedIn for professional networking and candidate identification.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging outreach messages.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Taleo.
- Familiarity with Boolean search strings and other advanced sourcing techniques.
- Understanding of various industries and job functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
