Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Digital Support Officer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and social media channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming, account access, and billing.

  • Document member interactions accurately and comprehensively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to our support processes and tools.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new developments.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and share best practices.
