Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Fast Food Hostess to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. As a Professional Greeting Role, you will be the face of McDonald’s, providing exceptional customer service from the moment guests arrive until they depart. Your primary goal will be to manage guest flow, maintain a clean and organized dining area, and assist customers with their needs, all while embodying our commitment to hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests entering the restaurant with a genuine smile and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the flow of customers, directing them to available seating or ordering stations.
- Assist guests with menu inquiries, ordering processes (including self-service kiosks), and special requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and condiment stations.
- Proactively check on guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns promptly.
- Assist with clearing tables and preparing them for the next guests.
- Support the restaurant team during peak hours by assisting with various tasks as needed.
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed in the dining area.
- Handle guest complaints or feedback with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary.
