Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to designated Kroger retail locations, acting as a regular customer.
- Systematically evaluate specific aspects of the store environment, including cleanliness, product merchandising, and promotional displays.
- Assess the quality of customer service provided by store associates, from greeting to checkout.
- Observe and report on product availability, freshness, and adherence to company standards.
- Complete detailed and objective reports after each visit, accurately documenting observations and experiences.
- Adhere strictly to project guidelines, timelines, and confidentiality agreements.
- Provide constructive feedback and insights based on observations to help enhance the customer journey.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and integrity throughout the internship.
