Job Description
We are seeking meticulous and discreet individuals to join our team as Phone Inquiry Mystery Shoppers. In this vital part-time, remote role, you will be responsible for making phone calls to various businesses during morning hours to assess their customer service, product knowledge, and sales processes. Your accurate and objective observations will provide invaluable feedback to our clients, helping them enhance their customer experience. This position offers excellent flexibility and the convenience of working from your home office, supporting businesses across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct phone inquiries to businesses following provided scripts and scenarios during specified morning hours.
- Objectively evaluate and document all aspects of customer service interactions, product information, and sales approaches.
- Accurately record and report detailed observations, feedback, and specific data points into an online reporting system.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignment details, client information, and proprietary processes.
- Adhere to project deadlines for completing mystery shops and submitting comprehensive reports.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with project managers regarding assignment specifics and any encountered issues.
