Job Description

Join UPS as a Remote Feedback Assistant, focusing on opinion gathering to help us better understand our customers’ needs and improve our services. This 100% remote role involves collecting, categorizing, and analyzing customer feedback through various channels. You will play a crucial part in ensuring customer voices are heard and inform strategic decisions to enhance the UPS experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through online surveys, feedback forms, and occasional virtual interviews to gather opinions on UPS services.
  • Accurately categorize and tag incoming feedback based on predefined criteria and common themes.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback data to identify trends, pain points, and areas for service improvement.
  • Document and synthesize feedback findings into clear, concise reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Service, Operations) to share insights and facilitate action planning.
