Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and fashion-savvy Luxury Goods Visual Tagger to join our dynamic team. In this ‘Smart Working’ role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and consistent categorization and description of our extensive range of luxury products for our online platform. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of luxury fashion will be vital in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining the high standards of the Farfetch brand. This hybrid role offers flexibility while requiring some on-site collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately tag and categorize luxury fashion products (apparel, accessories, footwear, etc.) based on predefined guidelines and criteria.
- Ensure consistency in visual data tagging across all product listings.
- Identify and escalate any discrepancies or ambiguities in product information or imagery.
- Collaborate closely with content, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to optimize product presentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury fashion trends, brands, and terminology.
- Utilize internal content management systems and tagging tools efficiently.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tagging processes and guidelines.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interest in and knowledge of luxury fashion brands and products.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and comfortable with data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, e-commerce, or visual merchandising.
- Familiarity with product information management (PIM) systems.
- Understanding of various textile types, materials, and garment constructions.
- A degree or diploma in Fashion, Art History, Design, or a related field.
