Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and empathetic individuals to join our WFH Customer Care team, focusing on retail and delivery services. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for Amazon customers, providing exceptional support for a variety of inquiries related to their shopping experience, order fulfillment, shipping, and product concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others. You will work remotely, assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, products, delivery status, returns, and refunds.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex problems to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance on Amazon's policies, procedures, and services.
  • Assist customers with tracking packages, managing subscriptions, and navigating the Amazon website/app.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, retail support) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Adhere to all company guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate stressful situations.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet home workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and delivery logistics.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
