Join the Hyatt team this summer as a Student Pool Attendant in Wesley Chapel, FL! Key Responsibilities
- Monitor pool area to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, loungers, and surrounding facilities.
- Assist guests with requests, providing towels, and offering a friendly, helpful presence.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department promptly.
- Ensure all pool equipment and amenities are in good working order.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs with a positive attitude.
Required Skills
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience (e.g., retail, food service).
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
