Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client workshops and interviews to gather and document business requirements for Microsoft-centric solutions.
- Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Support the configuration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate), and Azure solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and training materials.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical architects, and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support testing efforts, including creating test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Participate in professional development and training programs to enhance Microsoft product knowledge and consulting skills.
- Provide ongoing support and minor enhancements to existing Microsoft solutions post-implementation.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated interest in Microsoft technologies and their application in business contexts.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of initiative, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in a business analysis, consulting, or IT-related role.
- Familiarity with any Microsoft business applications (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
- Basic understanding of database concepts or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals).
- Experience with agile methodologies or project management principles.
