Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our principals in Shawnee, Oklahoma. This is a unique live-in opportunity where all meals and board are provided, offering a stable and immersive role within a private household. The successful candidate will be an indispensable asset, managing a diverse range of personal and administrative tasks with precision and a positive attitude. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs and act autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and oversee household staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Handle personal errands, including shopping, bill payments, and various bookings.
  • Organize and maintain personal files, records, and correspondence with utmost confidentiality.
  • Assist with event planning and execution for private gatherings and engagements.
  • Manage communication, including screening calls, responding to emails, and drafting letters.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as expense reporting and basic record-keeping.
  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the household, proactively addressing any issues.
  • Provide support for special projects and personal initiatives as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role (1+ year).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of discretion and integrity, with an understanding of confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
