Job Description

State Farm is seeking a dedicated and meticulous WFH Daily Payout Specialist to join our remote team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing daily financial payouts, ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify daily financial payouts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve payout-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions and generate regular reports.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, company policies, and relevant financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, finance, compliance) to address payout inquiries.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payout efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to payouts.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in financial operations, accounts payable, or a similar role involving payment processing.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
