Key Responsibilities
- Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, such as chopping, dicing, and slicing.
- Assist cooks and chefs with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
- Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen clean-up.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety (or willingness to learn).

Preferred Qualifications
