Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and dedicated Terminal Liaison Chauffeur to join our elite team in Pasco, WA. This pivotal role involves providing seamless, safe, and luxurious ground transportation services while acting as a primary point of contact for our guests at various terminals (airport, train station, etc.). You will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive a premium, stress-free experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and an impeccable professional demeanor. This is more than just driving; it’s about delivering a superior guest service experience that reflects the Carey International standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to and from specified locations, including airports, hotels, and private residences.
- Act as a professional terminal liaison, greeting guests upon arrival with a personalized welcome and assisting with luggage.
- Maintain the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness.
- Adhere strictly to scheduled itineraries, ensuring punctuality for all pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Operate vehicles in accordance with all local and state traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Provide personalized guest services, anticipating needs, and ensuring a comfortable and luxurious travel experience.
- Utilize GPS and navigation systems effectively to choose optimal routes and avoid traffic delays.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding client information and travel details.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and accurately record mileage, fuel usage, and service logs.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, dispatch, and fellow team members.
Required Skills
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in professional driving, preferably in a chauffeured or executive transport capacity.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong geographical knowledge of Pasco, WA, and the surrounding Tri-Cities area.
- Ability to operate luxury vehicles safely and smoothly.
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
- Punctuality and reliability are paramount.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, aviation, or executive ground transportation.
- Defensive driving certification or advanced driver training.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish.
- Familiarity with local Pasco attractions, dining, and business districts.
