Job Description
Are you passionate about entertainment and eager to share your opinions? Netflix is seeking a dedicated Feedback Assistant to join our remote team. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence the quality and direction of content and user experience on one of the world’s leading streaming platforms, all from the comfort of your home. This position is 100% remote, offering flexible hours to fit your schedule. As a Netflix Feedback Assistant, you will be instrumental in gathering and providing valuable insights on various aspects of our service, from content recommendations and user interface to new features and overall platform performance. Your keen eye and thoughtful critiques will help us understand user perceptions and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in feedback sessions, surveys, and content evaluations.
- Provide constructive, detailed, and clear written and/or verbal feedback on user experience, content, and platform features.
- Identify and report bugs, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement within the Netflix platform.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all content and product discussions.
- Collaborate with a remote team to ensure comprehensive feedback coverage.
- Stay informed about new Netflix features and content to provide relevant insights.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and internet navigation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A genuine passion for movies, TV shows, and streaming entertainment.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in user feedback, content review, or quality assurance is a plus.
- Familiarity with various streaming platforms and digital media.
- Ability to critically analyze user interfaces and user experiences.
