Job Description
Join The Cheesecake Factory family in Riverside, CA, as a High School Service Team Member! This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain valuable work experience in a dynamic and supportive restaurant environment. You’ll work alongside a friendly team, learn essential customer service skills, and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating as needed.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Clear tables, prepare dining areas for new guests, and maintain cleanliness.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating desserts or preparing drinks.
- Process payments efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
