Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organized Junior Records Clerk to join our administration team in Phoenix. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in administrative support and records management. The Junior Records Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate and accessible records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Organize, classify, and file physical and digital documents according to established procedures.
- Retrieve records and information upon request from authorized personnel.

- Perform regular audits of files to ensure compliance and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare documents for archiving and destruction as per retention policies.
