Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our store’s impeccable appearance and assisting the sales team, all while immersing yourself in the world of luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all customers entering the store, creating an inviting atmosphere.
- Provide initial assistance and direction to customers, answering general inquiries about the store layout and product categories.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation standards of the showroom, ensuring an exquisite environment.
- Assist the sales team with various tasks, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and preparing fitting rooms.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs and offering support.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Burberry's values of elegance, innovation, and British heritage.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Support store operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily activities.
