Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and analytical Concentrix Sentiment Guru with a strong focus on Market Research to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position that offers the opportunity to shape client strategies by deciphering complex customer sentiment data. You will be instrumental in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, identifying market trends, and delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for understanding consumer behavior, and expertise in sentiment analysis tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sentiment analysis models and methodologies tailored for market research initiatives.
  • Analyze large datasets of customer feedback (e.g., social media, surveys, call transcripts) to extract key sentiment patterns and themes.
  • Translate complex sentiment data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing sentiment findings, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with market research, data science, and client services teams to integrate sentiment insights into broader strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in sentiment analysis and market research to continuously improve methodologies.
  • Train and mentor junior analysts on sentiment analysis techniques and tools.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in sentiment analysis techniques and tools (e.g., natural language processing, text mining, machine learning models).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proven experience in market research, consumer insights, or a related analytical field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS Comprehend, Google Cloud Natural Language, Azure Cognitive Services).
