Job Description
We are seeking a charismatic and organized Cloakroom Attendant to join our dynamic team for evening shifts. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests’ comfort and enhancing their experience within our high-social scene venues. You will be the friendly face that welcomes and assists guests, managing their personal belongings with efficiency and care. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a bustling, upscale environment and enjoys interacting with people from around the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering exceptional customer service.
- Efficiently and securely store guests' coats, bags, and other personal items.
- Maintain an organized and tidy cloakroom area, ensuring easy retrieval of items.
- Accurately tag and record all items received and returned.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the venue or hotel as needed.
- Handle all items with care, ensuring their safe keeping and return.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
- Manage potential issues or complaints with professionalism and a calm demeanor.
