Job Description

In this role, you will be the face of our bank, providing exceptional customer service and handling a variety of transactions on Saturdays. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate bank products and services.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance it at the end of each shift.
- Verify customer identities and adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures.
- Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to all customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Operate banking software and equipment, including ATMs and cash recyclers.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.
- Reliability and punctuality, especially for Saturday shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience (e.g., retail, hospitality).
- Familiarity with banking products and services.
- Ability to speak Spanish or another second language.
