Job Description
Are you a motivated 13-year-old looking to earn some cash and enjoy working outdoors? Suncoast Lawn & Garden Services is seeking enthusiastic teens to join our team as Leaf Rakers for the upcoming season! This is a fantastic opportunity to get active, contribute to your community, and earn money on a flexible weekend schedule. No prior experience is necessary – we’ll provide all the training you need. We value a strong work ethic and a positive attitude!
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently rake and gather leaves from residential and commercial properties.
- Bag collected leaves and dispose of them in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the workday.
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with other team members on larger landscaping projects.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting light to moderate weight, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual attendance on scheduled workdays.
- Positive attitude and an eagerness to learn new tasks.
- Must be 13 years old or older.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (e.g., sun, cool temperatures).
Preferred Qualifications
- Enjoys working outdoors and being physically active.
- Basic understanding of yard work safety practices (training will be provided).
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
