Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated 17-year-old individuals to join our construction team as Laborers with a focus on heavy industrial projects. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learn essential construction skills, and contribute to critical infrastructure projects in the Aurora area. Safety is our top priority, and comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons and other workers on the job site.
- Perform general labor duties, including site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of tools and equipment.
- Operate various hand and power tools under supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in daily safety briefings and training sessions.
- Support excavation, concrete, and structural steel operations as needed.
Required Skills
- Must be 17 years old at the time of employment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all site rules.
- Reliable transportation to the job site in Aurora, CO.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with manual labor or outdoor work (e.g., landscaping, farm work).
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
