Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Aesthetic Patient Coordinator to join our team in Derry/Londonderry. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for all patient inquiries, providing comprehensive information about our services and procedures.

- Educate patients on pre-operative and post-operative care instructions, answering questions with clarity and empathy.
- Process patient payments, manage billing inquiries, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection regulations (GDPR).
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Contribute to the positive atmosphere of the clinic, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all patients.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support the broader clinic operations as required.
