Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Afternoon Bank Associate in Carmel, Indiana. This part-time position is ideal for college students looking to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry while balancing their academic commitments. You will be instrumental in providing exceptional service to our clients during peak afternoon hours, handling daily transactions, and assisting with customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, new account opening, and other banking services.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all banking regulations and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to refer customers to other banking services or specialists.
- Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Provide excellent customer service, building rapport and trust with clients.
- Support branch operations and team goals as needed.
