Job Description

CDW is seeking an enthusiastic Apple Business Consultant to join our dynamic team, focusing on corporate clients in the Wesley Chapel region. In this role, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge Apple solutions and the strategic needs of our enterprise customers. You will assess client environments, identify opportunities for Apple integration, and architect comprehensive solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and user satisfaction. This is a critical role for individuals who thrive on building relationships, understanding business objectives, and translating technical capabilities into tangible business value, with the added incentive of a bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, understanding their business objectives and technology needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client IT infrastructure and recommend optimal Apple hardware, software, and services solutions.
- Design and present tailored Apple ecosystem strategies, including deployment, integration, security, and management.
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and post-implementation support.
- Stay current with Apple product roadmaps, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to provide cutting-edge advice.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Achieve and exceed sales and consulting targets, contributing to overall business growth.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in B2B technology consulting or sales, specifically with Apple products.
- Deep understanding of Apple hardware (Mac, iPad, iPhone), macOS, and iOS platforms.
- Familiarity with Apple deployment and management tools (e.g., Apple Business Manager, MDM solutions).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Apple Certified Professional certifications (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional).
- Experience with enterprise-level security and networking solutions.
- Master's degree or relevant advanced certifications.
