Job Description
Are you a passionate storyteller with a knack for photography and video? Do you love sharing your expertise and inspiring others to explore their creative potential? Apple is looking for a dynamic Apple Creative with a strong focus on Photography & Video Teaching to join our team in Plymouth. In this role, you will lead engaging workshops, offer personalized one-on-one coaching, and demonstrate the power of Apple products in capturing and creating stunning visual content. You’ll empower our customers to master their devices and transform their ideas into reality, fostering a community of creativity and learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging group workshops and one-on-one sessions focused on photography and video techniques using Apple devices and software.
- Inspire customers to discover and unleash their creative potential through hands-on learning experiences.
- Provide expert guidance on Apple products, including iPhone, iPad, and Mac, emphasizing their capabilities in visual storytelling.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, software updates, and photography/video trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, answering questions and providing solutions related to creative projects and technical support.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain an inspiring and educational environment.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Apple's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in photography and videography techniques, including composition, lighting, editing, and post-production.
- Strong proficiency with Apple products and software, especially Photos, iMovie, and Final Cut Pro (or similar professional video editing tools).
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to captivate and educate diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport and providing clear, patient instruction.
- A genuine passion for teaching, inspiring, and helping others achieve their creative goals.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support in a customer-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or facilitating workshops in a creative or technical field.
- Certification or formal education in photography, videography, or a related visual art discipline.
- Experience with other creative software applications relevant to Apple's ecosystem.
- Fluency in a second language.
