Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Apple SEO Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, SEO-optimised content specifically focused on Apple products. Your primary focus will be on developing compelling blog posts, detailed product descriptions, and other web content that drives organic traffic, enhances user experience, and ultimately boosts sales for our extensive range of Apple devices and accessories. You will work closely with our SEO specialists, product teams, and content strategists to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and our commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy for Apple-related blog posts and articles, identifying key topics and keywords.
- Write high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimised product descriptions for new and existing Apple products across our e-commerce platform.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to inform content creation and ensure maximum search engine visibility for Apple products.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta descriptions, title tags, and internal linking strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with Apple product launches, updates, and industry trends to create timely and relevant content.
- Analyse content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
- Ensure all content adheres to Currys' brand voice, style guide, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an SEO Copywriter or Content Writer, specifically with a focus on technology or consumer electronics.
- Demonstrable expertise in writing compelling, SEO-optimised content for blog posts and product descriptions.
- In-depth understanding of Apple products, ecosystem, and target audience.
- Proficiency in keyword research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner).
- Strong grasp of on-page SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent written communication and editing skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant SEO content, especially for technology products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
