Job Description

As a Bank Lobby Ambassador at Truist Bank in New Port Richey, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our valued clients. Your primary mission is to create an outstanding client experience by warmly greeting visitors, proactively understanding their needs, and efficiently guiding them to the appropriate banking services or personnel. This role is crucial for managing lobby traffic, educating clients on digital self-service options, and ensuring every client’s visit is seamless and positive. We are looking for an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for delivering superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all clients as they enter the branch, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify their banking needs and efficiently direct them to the appropriate banker, specialist, or service area.
  • Educate clients on the benefits and usage of various self-service options, including ATMs, online banking, and mobile application features.
  • Provide assistance with basic inquiries, schedule appointments, and help clients navigate the array of available branch services.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and tidy lobby environment, ensuring all marketing materials and informational brochures are readily available and well-stocked.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce clients to Truist's comprehensive suite of products and services that align with their financial goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with all branch teammates to ensure a cohesive and outstanding client journey from entry to exit.
  • Adhere strictly to all bank policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and security.
