Job Description
We are seeking a highly observant and analytical individual with a profound passion for streaming content to join our team as a Binge-Watch Analyst. This unique remote role involves providing critical insights into content performance, user experience, and emerging trends to help shape and improve our vast library. You will directly contribute to how Netflix understands and develops its content offerings for a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in comprehensive viewing of a diverse range of Netflix content, including series, films, documentaries, and specials.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback and analysis on narrative quality, production values, character development, pacing, and overall user engagement.
- Identify and report on emerging content trends, audience preferences, and cultural nuances across various genres and regions.
- Contribute to internal discussions regarding content strategy, acquisition, and optimization based on analytical findings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all content and internal discussions.
- Document observations and insights clearly and concisely for various internal stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for subtle narrative and production elements.
- Strong analytical and observational skills with the ability to articulate findings effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to provide structured and actionable feedback.

Preferred Qualifications
