Job Description

Join Hilton Worldwide as a Brand Standards Auditor and play a pivotal role in upholding the exceptional quality and service our guests expect. You will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of our hotel properties, ensuring strict adherence to Hilton’s global brand standards across all operational areas. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of hospitality operations, and the ability to provide constructive feedback that drives continuous improvement. You will be part of a professional environment, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive on-site audits of hotel properties across assigned regions, evaluating adherence to all brand standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Assess various operational areas including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, safety, and guest services.
  • Document findings accurately and objectively, identifying areas of non-compliance and best practices.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with clear recommendations for corrective actions and improvements.
  • Communicate audit results effectively to hotel management and staff, providing guidance and support for implementation of corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to develop action plans and monitor progress on identified deficiencies.
  • Stay current with evolving brand standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and tools.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality operations, quality assurance, or auditing roles.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operational procedures and brand standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering clear and concise reports.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with quality management systems or audit software.
  • Certification in Quality Auditing (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).
  • Multilingual abilities.
