Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Processing Clerk to join our growing team. This is a full-time, 100% remote position offering the flexibility to work from your home office. As a Data Processing Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining critical data within our systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into various database systems and software applications.
- Verify the integrity and accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.

Required Skills

- Proven data entry experience or strong aptitude for data processing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient typing skills (minimum 45 WPM with high accuracy).
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
