Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition, behavior, or symptoms to supervising nurses.
  • Help patients with feeding and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a comforting atmosphere.
  • Document care provided and observations accurately as per established protocols.
  • Learn and adhere to all health, safety, and infection control policies and procedures.
