Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition, behavior, or symptoms to supervising nurses.
- Help patients with feeding and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a comforting atmosphere.
- Document care provided and observations accurately as per established protocols.
- Learn and adhere to all health, safety, and infection control policies and procedures.
