Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Chauffeur to join our exclusive transportation team on a unique 4-day work week schedule. This role is crucial for providing our discerning guests and clients with safe, timely, and luxurious transportation experiences within Grand Prairie, Dallas, and the wider DFW Metroplex. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable driving skills, an unwavering commitment to customer service, and a deep understanding of discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport guests and clients to their destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of assigned luxury vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Plan optimal routes using GPS and local knowledge, adapting to traffic conditions and unexpected changes.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide courteous support as needed.
- Ensure punctuality for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all passenger information and interactions.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure operational safety and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating needs and ensuring a comfortable and luxurious experience.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional chauffeur or commercial driving experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Grand Prairie, Dallas, and the greater DFW Metroplex.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
- Ability to operate luxury vehicles with precision and care.
- Proficiency with navigation systems (GPS) and smartphone applications.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Chauffeur license or equivalent commercial driver's license (CDL).
- Experience working in a luxury hospitality or executive transportation environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Multilingual abilities.
