Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Remote Lifestyle Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about helping others achieve their personal and professional goals, with the added benefit of comprehensive professional mentorship. As a Remote Lifestyle Consultant, you will guide members through personalized development plans, leveraging BetterUp’s proven methodologies and resources. This 100% remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while being an integral part of a supportive and innovative company dedicated to human thriving.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with members to understand their lifestyle, career aspirations, and development needs.
- Co-create personalized development plans that align with member goals and BetterUp's coaching framework.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and accountability to members as they work towards their objectives.
- Utilize BetterUp's platform to track member progress, document insights, and manage scheduling.
- Participate actively in professional development sessions and mentorship programs offered by BetterUp.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of coaching methodologies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of BetterUp products and services to best serve our members.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, counseling, or a client-facing consultative role.
- Certification from an accredited coaching institution (e.g., ICF, EMCC) or a desire to pursue one.
- Familiarity with positive psychology, behavioral science, or organizational development principles.
