Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Chauffeur to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and exceptional transportation services to our guests, executives, and VIPs. This role requires an individual with an unwavering commitment to safety, discretion, and superior customer service. You will be an integral part of ensuring our guests’ journeys are comfortable, efficient, and reflect the luxury standards of the Four Seasons brand. This position comes with comprehensive vision and dental plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport guests, executives, and VIPs to various destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness of assigned luxury vehicles, conducting daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Plan and execute optimal routes, considering traffic, weather, and client schedules to ensure punctual arrivals.
- Provide professional and courteous interaction with all passengers, anticipating needs and ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Handle luggage and personal belongings with care and efficiency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding passenger information and destinations.
- Assist with special requests from guests, such as making reservations or providing local recommendations.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with the concierge and front desk teams regarding guest movements and schedules.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional chauffeur or executive driving experience.
- Thorough knowledge of Austin and surrounding areas, including routes, traffic patterns, and local attractions.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Punctuality, reliability, and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Discreet and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with navigation systems and mobile communication devices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury vehicles.
- Certification in defensive driving or advanced driving techniques.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a luxury hotel environment.
