Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Online UPS Executive with a strong focus on both sales and technical support to join our team in El Paso, TX. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of Eaton’s industry-leading Online UPS products through online channels, as well as providing exceptional pre-sales and post-sales technical support to our customers. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills to guide customers from initial inquiry to successful product implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with potential customers through online platforms, showcasing Eaton's Online UPS solutions.
- Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and drive the sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales technical consultation, product demonstrations, and solutions architecture for Online UPS systems.
- Offer expert post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, installation guidance, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with internal sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Eaton's Online UPS product portfolio, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Participate in online webinars, virtual trade shows, and other digital marketing initiatives to promote products.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or technical support roles for power electronics, UPS systems, or related electrical equipment.
- Strong understanding of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) technologies, including single-phase and three-phase systems.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales pipeline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience with online sales platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Certifications in relevant power management technologies or sales methodologies.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus for serving the El Paso market.
