Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Real Estate Chat Validator to join our remote sales support team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and validating chat interactions between our real estate agents/sales representatives and prospective clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all communications adhere to company standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices, ultimately supporting our sales efforts by maintaining high-quality and compliant client engagement. This is a critical remote position that requires exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of real estate processes and communication protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review a high volume of chat conversations for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines and scripts.
- Validate that all client inquiries are appropriately addressed and that sales support information provided is correct and compliant.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, errors, or non-compliance issues in chat interactions to management.
- Provide constructive feedback to sales support agents to improve chat quality and consistency.
- Assist in the development and refinement of chat scripts and validation checklists.
- Maintain detailed records of validated chats and identified areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with training and quality assurance teams to ensure continuous improvement in chat performance.
- Stay updated on real estate industry regulations, company policies, and best practices for client communication.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
