Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Chauffeur to join our dedicated team in Wesley Chapel, FL. This role is ideal for an individual with exceptional driving skills, a strong commitment to safety, and an unwavering dedication to providing superior customer service. As a Chauffeur, you will be responsible for transporting clients in luxury vehicles, ensuring their comfort, punctuality, and safety. This position offers performance-based yearly bonuses, recognizing and rewarding your outstanding service and commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate luxury vehicles for client transportation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, prioritizing passenger safety above all else.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and discretion with all clients.
- Ensure vehicles are meticulously clean, well-maintained, and fueled before each assignment.
- Plan routes to destinations considering traffic and weather conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and communicate effectively with dispatch.
- Represent EmpireCLS with dignity and professionalism at all times.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional chauffeuring or high-end driving experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of local geography and best routes in the greater Tampa Bay area, including Wesley Chapel.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Impeccable punctuality and time management abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage.
- Proficiency with GPS and navigation systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience driving luxury vehicles (e.g., sedans, SUVs, limousines).
- Chauffeur permit or equivalent licensing, if required by local regulations.
- Familiarity with luxury service protocols and high-profile clientele.
- Defensive driving certification.
