In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders placed online for curbside pickup or delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently pick grocery and general merchandise items from store shelves based on customer online orders.
- Utilize handheld devices to locate products, scan items, and manage order fulfillment.
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and correct quantities are maintained throughout the picking process.
- Organize and stage completed orders in designated areas for seamless customer pickup or delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers as needed to resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all store safety and operational guidelines.
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets set for order fulfillment.
