Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Support Worker to join our private healthcare team in Plymouth. This full-time position offers stable hours, providing essential administrative and patient support within our modern clinic environment. You will be a vital part of our patient journey, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, both digital and physical.
- Prepare clinic rooms for consultations and procedures, ensuring cleanliness and stock levels.
- Assist medical staff with non-clinical tasks as required.
- Handle telephone inquiries, direct calls, and take messages accurately.
- Process patient payments and manage basic financial administration.
- Ensure the clinic environment is welcoming, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Order and manage clinic supplies, maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
- Provide clear and concise information to patients regarding their appointments or services.
