Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Analyst to join our dynamic team in Seattle. This role requires an individual who can efficiently manage technical projects, coordinate resources, track progress, and ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of adapting to fast-paced environments and contributing significantly to project success. This position offers a competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience, reflecting the impact and expertise required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Required Skills
- Proven working experience in project management or a related technical role (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them effectively.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS).
- Experience in the e-commerce or technology industry.
