Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Black Car Service Operator to join our team in Olathe, KS. As an ExecuCar operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional chauffeured transportation services to our discerning clientele. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to safety and punctuality. You will operate high-end vehicles, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious experience for every passenger. This is a full-time position offering a robust benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations in luxury vehicles.
- Maintain strict punctuality and adhere to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Ensure the vehicle is impeccably clean and well-maintained before and after each trip.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Manage navigation and route planning to optimize travel efficiency.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Handle client inquiries and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Olathe, Kansas City metropolitan area, and surrounding regions.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and passenger comfort.
- Ability to operate luxury vehicles with precision and care.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Discretion and professional etiquette.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a limousine driver, chauffeur, or black car service operator.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations and maintenance.
- First aid and CPR certification.
